CARE WITH DR. ALI

Start where you are.

Whole-person care for the body you’re living in right now.

I read the body as a whole — a map of connected systems, where pain, tension, breath, and sensation are clues, not isolated problems. Wherever you’re starting, we begin by listening to the whole story.

WHERE ARE YOU?

PELVIC HEALTH

Find your starting point.

Most people arrive with something specific — a symptom, a season of life, a question no one has fully answered. Find yourself below. Under each area you’ll see the concerns I work with most, and how I approach them.

GIVING BIRTH

PAIN + STRESS

MY APPROACH

I offer whole-person, integrative care for people who want to better understand what their bodies are telling them — not simply quiet symptoms one at a time.

My approach brings together bodywork, women’s and pelvic health, nervous-system regulation, and nutrition and health education to look for connections across the body. I have a particular focus on women throughout the reproductive lifespan — from periods and fertility through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause — as well as people navigating chronic pain, headaches, digestive concerns, stress, and complex patterns that don’t always fit neatly into one diagnosis.

Your body has a story. My job is to help you read it.

WHO I WORK WITH

You’re likely in the right place if you’re navigating:

Headaches + TMJD

Pregnancy + birth prep

Complex, persistent pain

Preconception + postpartum

Neck, back + hip pain

Nervous-system regulation

Pelvic + abdominal health

Not sure whether your concern fits? That’s exactly what a first visit — or a quick message — is for.

What a visit is like

A session with me doesn’t look the same twice. Your first visit begins with your story — not just where it hurts, but what your body has been carrying, what’s changed, and what you’d like to feel again. From there we explore what helps, and I send you home with a few simple things you can do on your own. There can be science in the room, and there can be spirit in the room: anatomy, laughter, culture, silence, movement, and rest.

I work from the outside. You work from the inside.

And somewhere in the middle, we listen.

NOT LOCAL? START HERE.

Virtual Body Mapping

You don’t have to be in the room with me to begin. Through Virtual Body Mapping, we can map your health story across systems, make sense of what multiple providers may have missed, and build a clearer plan — from wherever you are. It’s a good starting point if you’re not local, or if you simply want direction before deciding on hands-on care.

NOW ESTABLISHING CARE IN SAN DIEGO

San Diego, I’m on my way.

I’m currently establishing Oshun Center’s clinical home on the West Coast — connecting with local practices and welcoming inquiries from prospective patients as well as chiropractors, midwives, doulas, pelvic-health providers, and other integrative practitioners interested in collaborating. Care continues in Minneapolis in the meantime, and virtual sessions are available anywhere.

Not sure where to begin?

That’s exactly what a first visit is for. If you’re not sure which kind of care fits, we’ll figure it out together.
